As the warm weather continues to bless North Vancouver, McNair Park has been buzzing with activity! The extended stretch of sunshine means our maintenance crew can squeeze in a few more projects before the fall rains arrive.

This week, Scott Best has been spotted around the property, paintbrush in hand, adding a fresh coat to fences, trellises, and stairways. His eye for detail and steady hand have brought new life to many of our shared spaces.

Behind the scenes, our resident handyman Ric has been just as busy, repairing and replacing sections of rotten wood, tightening things up, and making sure every surface is ready for Scott’s finishing touch. Together, they’ve formed quite the duo, Ric with his hammer and know-how, and Scott with his paintbrush and precision.

It’s been a team effort that truly reflects the McNair Park spirit: pride in our community, care for our surroundings, and a touch of craftsmanship that makes this place feel like home.
